Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class , usually within 3-5 days of the order date.
If a product is 'made to order' it can take up to 30 days to make and dispatch. I will advice you of the lead times on receipt of your order.
You will receive an email notification via Big Cartel when your order has been despatched.
Please rest assured I am doing all that I can to get your order to you as quick as possible.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you change your mind or goods are faulty please notify Hanne Rysgaard Ceramics within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Items should be returned within 14 days.
The goods should be unused and in a saleable condition and be appropriately packaged with the order number and customer details.
The return postage is at your own expense unless goods are faulty.
Please obtain proof of postage.
Hanne Rysgaard is not responsible for returned items which fail to be delivered.
Your order will be refunded to the original payment method once the returned goods have been checked and cleared.
